Mispelling?
[edit]Is Hawking chronolgy protection conjecture supposed to be Hawking chronology protection conjecture? I'm not familiar with that conjecture, so I wanted to ask before changing it. pie4all88 23:06, 30 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- It should be "chronology". -khaosworks 01:22, 1 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- And the link that works is Chronology protection conjecture, without the Hawking. Bryan 20:45, 3 December 2005 (UTC)
Images need explanation
[edit]Those three diagrams showing wormhole arrangements need further explanation, as they stand I can't tell what they're supposed to be showing. What are the time and space displacements of the various wormhole ends? Also, while I'm at it, why are they stable and how do they evade the chronology protection conjecture? Don't suppose someone would mind explaining the name would they?
[edit]Assuming the "ring" is formed when you build a loop of them, in what sense is it Roman? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.196.17.197 (talk) 15:15, 23 October 2013 (UTC)
- Apparently the idea was started by physicist Thomas Roman, as can be read here : http://arxiv.org/pdf/gr-qc/9702043.pdf — Preceding unsigned comment added by Slereah (talk • contribs) 08:09, 10 December 2013 (UTC)
