Suggested edits - additional section

Kivalina's relocation efforts have spanned the last decade at least. There should probably be a brief history of the issues that led the community to consider relocation and the various steps that have taken place to date. For instance, most recently the evacuation road was completed. I suggest a standalone section to address relocation.Howets (talk) 03:40, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
