Should this article survive deletion review, I welcome all Wikipedians to help me to improve this piece.
I anticipate that a great deal of the content will relate to the activities of the Italian prosecutors (or rather, the Investigating Magistrates) who, whether or not they choose to indict Lozano, will generate interest in the case.
"...a blunder in data security by the Coalition Forces in Iraq revealed the names of all personnel involved in the shooting (the PDF report, written with Microsoft's word processor, containing all the names not even crypted accessible on demand)." I don't understand what this means--it looks like someone's working notes which were forgotten about and saved in the article. I've (hopefully) clarified things, but could do better if I had a source for this sentence. I removed the reference to MS Word, since I really don't understand why it's relevant which word processor was used to write the PDF.AdamBradley 23:49, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
