Hi Eagle, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for the comments on soda can stove and the photo. I added a {{GFDL}} tag to the image, since all images need copyright identification. Note that if you upload one of your own images you automatically grant the GFDL licence.
Can you doublecheck the patent number you mentioned for the Safesport stove (55308)? The American patent number is for a knitting machine, and D55308 is for fabric. I would be very interested in the seeing this patent.
